I did click on a certain website but did not buy anything from it. Now it comes up when I open Firefox. I have blocked the website and it comes up now saying it is Blocked. But it still is showing up. How do I get rid of this website for good. I do not want it there every time I open Firefox. I have delete all my history. It does not show up in my history for the day either.

Disable AD-ONS app is not listed anywhere in setting menu? but it is installed & I can not control it because i can not find it to disable it or adjust it? What can I do?

How can I put my bookmarks back on the left side always showing? Also, I just did a refresh but Youtube still takes 2 minutes to load and often will not load videos.

Every time I launch Firefox, a consent screen for a specific add-on appears, and I cannot use it unless I click "Agree." Is this happening because the consent settings are not being saved on the device even after I agree?

about audio playing in the background most of the browsers I do use on daily basis. I mostly use for YouTube. Because I can turn off my phone. Save battery life and listen to YouTube in the background. I use brave and Samsung Internet Mostly Samsung internet because I can login into my youtube account with no problem so can you add that in as a feature

Recently, in the last few weeks, when I try to play BitChute videos, I click on play button and it disappears and nothing happens. Now, within the last 2 weeks, I cannot access BillPay. I get an error message , "return to internet banking and relaunch." I can launch both programs in Chrome. Please tell me how to fix these problems. I would rather use Firefox.

I have read about clear cache, taking off ad blockers, etc. These problems happened from one day to the next without many any setting changes to my knowledge. I thought about system restore but it will only go back to 07/25 at this point.

I was on a website when I mistakenly clicked something like "disable further ?notifications?" and now the site doesn't work because it can't send said notifications. How do I resolve this issue?

I downloaded some zipped programs yesterday from regular websites, and got a warning "This file is not commonly downloaded." Fine, whatever. Seemed like they didn't download, then they did. I deleted them afterwards. Now whenever I open Firefox (and it's not running in another window) I get a popup showing the program downloads and warning, as if I just tried to download them. I deleted them from history, but still get the popup, so they keep showing in my download history. I've tried ALL the usual fixes in Settings, looked for the files stored in Mozilla folders, rebooted and restarted the modem, no luck. Maybe it's a Windows Defender update causing this. How to stop this annoyance?

as the title describes: i get no audio when browsing websites like Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. However, the browser is detecting audio (I get the speaker icon on the tab), and my sound mixer settings on my PC are correct (firefox is not muted, and the input/output settings are connected to my headset, so no issues there).

the same sound mixing settings are enabled on Chrome, and I'm able to receive audio from those same websites/pages when using that browser. but, i hate chrome, and prefer using firefox... I'm at a loss for what I can do to get audio from those websites (specifically TikTok). YouTube has always played fine for me, though.

Has anyone else experienced this?? is there a way to fix it?? surely i'm just missing a step/setting...?😭😭

Lets say i am watching YouTube and when i click "f" on my keyboard its suppose to go into fullscreen it does the animation of getting into fullscreen but it doesn't go into fullscreen it just scrollsdown sometimes.

In google chrome they make going to your history easy and already sync the history between all the devices that are using the same account easy i dont want a small sidebar that sshows up and dont even give me my correct history its always jumping around and it is hard to find the exact thing i want its like a complicated file manager i just wanna see a separate tab the open when i hit ctrl+h not a side bar. I also want to put my own wallpaper on my firefox and make the bookmarks easier to use on mobile instead of clicking so many things just to open bookmarks.

Only as of late, I have been getting a "blocked" screen message when I click on the bookmarked website for my Summit Credit Union digital banking site. No other access problems. Just this site now and never previously.

I have been trying to use autofill on my saved passwords for 3 weeks. I have gone through all of the steps on your website, changed my password and when I try to open any site that I have saved, it asks me for a Primary password, which I have changed countless times and I still cannot access the auto fill password for any of the websites I have saved. I am extremely frustrated. I got an email from Mozilla with how to do this and it is not working. I would very much like to speak with someone to walk me thru this as soon as possible.
