Hello team,

Recently a team member left our organisation. He used to run a job to save the plugins in Mozilla marketplace. Now we have the Key and security but we dont have the email ID which was used for the same. At this point in time, we are unable to proceed further with our business activity. Please assist me with this.

Hello Matt or David. A few weeks ago I started having the following problem: I login to my eBay.com.au, I search for anything, If I than need to ask the seller a question, it goes through the motion but when the the last button for the seller pops up, it does so for a split second and that it disappear. I have missed several times, but if I am alert I can just see it before it is no more. When I am desperate to get an answer, I am forced to open Edge, and here it works as it should. Can I assume that the problem is with Firefox? Your help would be much appreciated. Regards Ilio Pieroni

Please help, a very tricky problem: Work Scenario: I need to use the company-provided VPN software to access the internal network. Its principle involves redirecting requests to a virtual network interface before sending them out. On Ubuntu 24.04, both Firefox 140 and older versions can access both internal and external networks normally.

Issue After Upgrading Firefox: After upgrading to Firefox 141, all connections (internal and external) fail when the VPN is active.

Key Symptom Observed: In the Firefox networking debug page (about:networking#dns), the DNS suffix should display as localdomain, but after upgrading to Firefox 141, it appears empty.

My Firefox profile just doesn't work anymore, it can't load any pages up, my addons aren't loading up (images not appearing), default themes, etc. but I still have my history and bookmarks and it knows what addons I have, I think the issue is just the profile is just not connecting to the internet. FYI the other default profile works.

When I click on something and then try to go back the screen goes white. I can refresh and the website comes back, but not if I click on the back button. My website does not have this problem on Chrome and Safari, only on Mozilla Firefox.

On Macbook, Sequoia 15.9, Firefox version 141.0.2

Whenever I close out of the browser, as in quit everything, and then open it back up again, the background on the new tab always resets to default (gray), no matter the background it had prior to closing it. I'm aware it's just a cosmetic issue, but it's rather annoying.

It also sometimes does not allow me to change the background from the new tab page; the Customize > Wallpapers button when pressed will pull up the side tab all grayed out, with no options of wallpapers to chose from.

I asked a question about a week ago. I can't even see the question anymore. While this was going on I received these emails. All times are in Australian CST.

I am as much a believer in security as the next person but I don't understand what is going on,

I have had no response to my original ticket, which I beleive was number 305857 which I can no longer find any refernce to in my account, and I still have a completely blank Library! and I can't even make any new bookmarks!

One morning about a week ago I woke up and opened my computer. Some update has probably been installed, and all the tab groups that I have diligently organized and saved - disappeared!

The tabs disappeared and all the sites saved within them disappeared also.

Please your help

When I use my work required Global Protect on OSX with Firefox intermittently Firefox will stop internet connectivity. I have tried disabling all plugins, using Private browse, with no luck. As soon as I disconnect VPN it will work again.

I have verified internet connection when Firefox isn't working by pinging 8.8.8.8 in which I get a response and trying safari both which loads internet pages that Firefox wont.

Does anyone know the cause or a workaround for this?

I had to log into my work Firefox account at home, and now all my bookmarks are synced, even on my personal account, and I cannot get rid of them. I am scared if I delete the bookmarks off my personal account, they will also be deleted off my work account, and I don't want that to happen. 1. If I delete the bookmarks on Account A, will they be deleted on account B? 2. How do I avoid this happening in the future?

I have already tried to delete my account from my computer and all of the saved data along with it, but all the bookmarks still returned.

there's no feature to reset my Password I have tried older ones that doesn't work , with no feature to reset it? please tell me hoe Mozilla expects People to Use the sight when so many cans get into their accounts security is too strict , we can't browse?

Since updating Firefox on June 30, 2025 on my Dell desktop computer that runs Windows 10, most of my bookmarks are no longer visible. Only four of my bookmark folders are visible and most of their contents have disappeared.

However, 1) my uncategorized bookmarks - those in "other bookmarks" are still visible, and 2) If I go to "Manage bookmarks" and do a search, I can find all of my bookmarks including those that are no longer visible.

In addition, I can no longer add or delete bookmarks. It looks like I can do add a bookmark and it will let me go through the steps of adding a book mark - it even says I can put it in all my old folders that are otherwise no longer visible. But one I complete the process the bookmark does not show up.

I have read multiple Firefox Help articles about disappearing bookmarks and have taken all the steps suggested including: - Attempted to restore backups of bookmarks - didn't work. It shows me the multiple old backups but when I try to restore one I get the message "Unable to process the backup file". I have tried it with at least four of the old backup files - all without success. - cleared cache - did troubleshooting mode - refreshed Firefox - uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox - looked to see if I had a different profile other than my default profile that I could switch to. I do not see another profile.

Nothing has helped. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
