We can’t connect to the server at auth.services.adobe.com.

If you entered the right address, you can:

   Check your network connection
   Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)

How do I check that Firefox has permission to access this page? Or, what else do I need to do to sign in to my account?

How do I stop getting pop-ups on the lower rt of my screen, that's labelled Mozilla Firefox, & says Trojan Detected, & I think Sign Up for McAfee, etc ? I

I recently had to reinstall Windows 11, and I had all of my tabs sorted into tab groups. When I reinstalled firefox on the new OS, the tab groups don't show up after syncing. I can still see all my opened tabs, but they are not sorted by the tab group they were in. Is there any way to restore these without having to manually open each tab and regroup them?

On Macbook Air with OS 15.4.1 and FF 141.0.2

When scrolling down a webpage, the Mac menu box often pops up near the cursor when scrolling with two fingers.

It goes away when I tap it again with two fingers.

This is a recent annoying issue. Have I set something wrong? Is there a fix?

I need a fix for a problem that developed from your last update. I cannot stream Xfinity since the last update. I have tried all the recommended fixes. Other browsers have no issues.

This week, I can no longer print in Quickbooks online when I am in Firefox browser. It searches for printer and never finds it. When I switch to Edge it works fine.

The TwitchTV website continues to launch the browser and open its prompt to log on. I don't know why this started, I uninstalled the app, and I can't find anything in settings to stop this. Thanks for any help you can give.

Am i the only one that finds these instructions totally hopeless when syncing my desktop to phone?.. So i tap on the 3 dots / Menu in Firefox on mobile, but after that there is NO Sync & Save Data to tap on anywhere in Firefox mobile after hitting the menu dots??.. and i mean ANYWHERE in the menu, or settings or account (of course there is the ususl Syncronise Now option in the account.

So just where is this Sync & Save Data i would lobe to know, nevermind how am i supposed to pair my devices when theres no clear way to access this and the associated QR code?

Totally frustrating, I've never understood these instructions with no outcome possible.

A very odd problem here …

I have a bookmark to a website. I click on the bookmark and the website login page comes up. I enter my email and password and click on Login. After a short interval while Firefox seems to be searching, up comes:

"Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site. We can’t connect to the server at en-gb. Did you mean to go to www.en-gb.com/?"

Well I don't want either and it's not what has been submitted.

However, I click on the bookmark a second time and the website appears as expected.

I've restarted Firefox in Troubleshoot mode - exactly the same behaviour.

I've also tried Safari and DuckDuckGo web browsers - exactly the same behaviour.

Hello i need your help, I am having problems with Firefox, it freezes while using on screen keyboard on TV and has the same behavior with desktop monitor as well. I do not have the same issue on any other application except Firefox. My setup: 4K TV & 3440x1440 Monitor & 9950X3D & 9070XT & W11

After upgrading my 128 esr to 140 esr, some sites stopped opening. In regular versions, it has not opened for a long time. There are many such sites, for example, qwen3.app or temp-mail.io. It thinks for a long time and finally a message that the time has expired. Chromium is ok.

Sync works fine between my Android phone and my devices, in that I can see open tabs on the phone from both devices. But what does not work is sync between the laptop and desktop. They are both listed as connected devices along with the phone, both are signed in, both synch with the phone but neither will sync with the other, so I can't see the open tabs on either device. Is this an issue or is it by design? Thank you.

Just updated and I can no longer login to the websites I normally use. When I go to this URL and click sign in

I don't have the opportunity to use my business account. I am rapidly re-directed to multiple URLS and finally end up on a page prompted to use my consumer account's key ( which doesn't exist).

I was able to do these same steps using two other browsers.

Sadly, at this point Fire Fox, which is my default and preferred browser, is no longer usable for me as this is normal all day usage for me to access these sites.

I have cleared my cache and tried multiple times to figure out this behavior but sadly no luck.

This is, btw, the very first time, in over a decade that I have had to ask for support, and it kind of sucks that there isn't a way to open a ticket and get support other than from the community :(
