I am trying to use Zoho CRM to call clients by clicking on their phone icon. It shows me a pop up saying "Connecting..." but nothing happens. Zoho support examined the issue in depth with screens share and ended up telling me the issue is with my firefox (they insist this function normally works with firefox browser) not connecting to WebRTC. The action works fine in Chrome. Any ideas anyone?
