Dear All,

I am using Thunderbird for my organization email via IMAP protocol. But suddenly, The email list section becomes blank and it remains as it is even after using "Reset columns to default" from the column header choice icon. I am facing this issue on both Windows 10 and on MacOS Bigsur. The only way using which, I am able to restore the email list is by removing and re-adding the email account.

So, I kindly request you to guide me so that the problem can be resolved.

Currently, I am using 64bit Thunderbird 78.13.0

If the columns are missing, select a folder that has the correct columns, then click the column choice icon, Apply columns to..., select the folder with missing columns.
