I have a new computer with Windows 8.1. 

I reinstalled Thunderbird, but I can't see how to import my e-mail addresses from my Outlook account.
Please advise.

I clicked "Options" > "Import", and got this pop up: 

"Import Options, Account Settings, Address Book, Filters, and other data from: 
That's it. Nothing shown in "from".
When I click "Next" nothing happens.
