After using a system restore pt for an unrelated issue, my firefox browser wont open. Message is "firefox already open, please close". I thinkit is a Profile folder issue. I have tried reinstalling and tried creating a new profile folder and copying my bookmarks across but obviously doing something wrong as message remains. Would appreciate someone giving me instructions on how to reinstall so as not to lose my bookmarks (need to to be foolproof instructions as I am clux on computer. Thanks Tim
