on desktop Firefox page where is my e mail app
I had to start anew with Firefox on my desktop. New password and settings. I am recognized, but i cannot find my e-mail to open
you say you will send an e-mail when someone has an answer for me .. i may get it on my mobile, but my desktop does not even have an e-mail account showing

I'm confused by your question. Firefox is a web browser. It has nothing to do with email except that you can use it to view your email provider's web mail page.
You are posting to the Thunderbird help forum. Thunderbird is an email program that allows you to manage your email. To use it you must set it up to interface with your email provider. If you don't have it installed already, you can download it from here:
