Hello! It seems Thunderbird emails are suddenly being 'threaded'. It is causing great confusion in my office.

I need to see each email from a person separately in order to find them easily and also to reply to each one at the time it is received.

Can someone please explain in very simple non-techy jargon:- a) How I 'unthread' messages already threaded AND b) How I stop any new ones being threaded in the first place.

Thank you Tylex

ఎంపిక చేసిన పరిష్కారం

- First, to unthread an EXISTING folder, click View>sort by and click the unthreaded option. Do this for all existing folders. - to eliminate the need for this for future folders, see settings>appearance where you can set default for FUTURE folders
