Hi,
If you're on Windows 10, try the following:
- Click the Windows Start button.
- Type Firefox/Thunderbird into the search bar.
- Right-click "Firefox'/Thunderbird in the results.
- Select Open file location from the drop-down menu.
- An Explorer window will open. Right-click the highlighted file and select Send to -> Desktop.
