You describe two issues: installing thunderbird and importing Outlook. is the install stuck, or is the import stuck? Is outlook installed on the same PC as Thunderbird? You need to provide some details for a response. Thank you
I was surprised to find the installation routine had worked "in the background" (I think). Now I must press on to sort other items such as the calendar.
