I can't acces my email, I get an error message

Starting today, Aug. 1, 2025 I get this message when trying to log into my email. It's been like this all day. "Temporary Authentication Failure." The page opens with my previous emails and the blue status line in the bottom right starts to make it look likes it is downloading the mail, but then that error pops up. What do I do besides waiting?
