Thank you for volunteering to help Firefox users. For the past two days, Firefox has failed to load on the MacBook Pro laptop I purchased in June 2022. When I open the laptop and click on the Firefox icon, a new, blank window tab opens. The tab says, simply: "New Tab." A black ball sways to the left of the words "New Tab," back and forth, left-right-left, endlessly. The window tab never loads a website, even when I type a website address into the address box or prompt box. The failure first occurred about four days ago. After one day being unable to load Firefox, the next day I was able to, once again. Then, yeaterday and today, I have been unable to load websites and browse them using Firefox. I am using macOS Sequoia 15.5. And I am using Firefox version 141 (aarch64). Again, thank you for your assistance.
