I have several drives that will not boot, I need to find my passwords. I need to view file with password on drives

I have 4 different hard drives that will not boot and I need to check these drive for the one that has all my passwords. I have found these passwords are in a file "logins.json", I would like to know how I can view these files to see which of the 4 drives has the most recent information for my passwords.

I would appreciate your help on this matter.

If you can't even access the drives how do you expect to find the data?
