I have Onyx Wireless Bluetooth Earphones which will connect via Bluetooth sometimes, but will not remain connected . Could the issue be due to a driver not being present or out-of -date ?

How is this a browser issue? I use Sony WH-1000XM5 which connects to the computer. Laptop, Desktop, or DIY? If not DIY, what make and model?
