
Junk mail controls not working
No matter what I do, mark Not Junk or move to inbox, some of my mail is going to Junk and these are from people in my contacts and I have been corresponding with them for years. Meanwhile I still get some scam mail (Bigpond scams in particular) that I move to junk or try to block and they still come to my inbox. I have changed settings to a learning mode but so far no learning. Anyone else having this problem???

If you access the account in webmail, is there a Junk folder? If there is, the mail provider is applying filters before mail is downloaded to TB. Consider whitelisting or unblocking senders in webmail, and add safe senders to webmail contacts.
