Trying to use throttling (eg. Regular 3G) in Network Tab.

In developers edition, any Throttling setting (other than "no throttling") never loads any website. Just white screen.

Creating a new profile and not making any changes to it, did not change anything.

I see the same in Beta/DE/Nightly on Linux where nothing seems to load and the page stays empty. It seems to work properly in Release, so lets see what happens next Tuesday when 110 will be released although Beta is currently in RC stage. If I check the throttling list then it seems rather outdated as I have 72/433 Mbps on WiFi 2.4G/5G and

Same problem here with version 110.0b9 (64-bit) on a Apple Silicon MacBook OS version 13.1

Maybe file a bug report as this is a recent regression in 110. There is no UI for me on Linux to test for a regression, so I can't test this further. I tested 110.0b1 and that version already fails for me (109.0 and the 109.0 RC2 work).
