Thunderbird .....'Customer Toolbar', 'Mail Toolbar' and 'Menu Toolbar' all have darkgrey backgrounds and darker grey text making them virtually unreadable. I have not changed anything and have no colour preference except that the combiation is readable... Can anyone help Please!

Is that text as fuzzy as it looks in the image? If so start by toggling the use hardware acceleration setting is settings.

Thaks for your reply... Yes the text is as fuzzy as it looks!.... unfortuately I am just a PC user with a limited knowledge of the tech side.... however I tried toggling the hardware acceleration setting without success. I then looked at some google articles and from these I checked that the config settings ...'gfx.direct2d.disabled and layers.acceleration.disabled' were set to "true"... they were so now I have reached the limit of my knowledge and would greatly appreciate any further help you can give me please. I know that altering config settings can do more harm than good.. Regards
