I strongly recommend installing Firefox for Android from the Google Play store, but if you are really after an .apk, you can download them from:

https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/releases

I have to sign up to do Google or GitHub. I don't wish to sign into either.

 Mozilla had an APK a few years ago.

When Moto updated it kicked everything off.
