I can't sync firefox in my android phone with descop version

I've created a Sync account on Desktop and logged in on Android. When I go to settings and click "Sync Now" it show "Synchronize" with "Last sync: never" under it.

Try saving a single bookmark on your desktop (you can delete it later), wait a short while (5-10 minutes) then do the "Sync Now" process again on your mobile device.
