Hi johnmuir54, could that first part of the error be HLS? (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_Live_Streaming)
I'm not sure whether you mean download as in save to disk, or download as in watch in the viewer provided by the website. Is a downloader add-on involved?
If the problem is just with viewing, can you share a (safe for work) link where you see this problem?
