how do i add my surname to my outgoing emails which at the moment shows only my first name?
When my emails are received by the person that i have sent the email to - only my first name shows. I would like to know how to edit or whatever so both my first and surname show.

Right click the account in the folder pane and select settings. set your name correctly.
