How do I get daily to display top and bottom arrows in scroll bars?

I am currently on Daily 44.0a2 of Thunderbird on Fedora 22 linux. Since at least Daily version 42.0 thunderbird has not show top and bottom arrows on all scroll bars, but other applications like nightly firefox do show the arrows. What have I done wrong with the install of thunderbird that would have caused this?

I am guessing it is an issue with the theme. If your using the default I suggest you file a bug and see what the developers have to say. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
