Desktop
- Open Mozilla VPN on your desktop computer.
- Click Get started.
- You will be taken to the Firefox accounts login page.
- Enter the email address of your Firefox account.
- Click Sign in (you may be prompted to enter the security code from your authentication app if you have enabled two-step authentication for Mozilla VPN).
- Enter your password.
- Return to the Mozilla VPN app to complete the setup.
- Click Continue.
- You are now logged in to Mozilla VPN.
Mobile
- Open Mozilla VPN.
- Tap Already a subscriber?
- Enter the email address for your Firefox account.
- Tap Get started.
- Enter your password.
- Tap Sign in (you may be prompted to enter the security code from your authentication app if you have enabled two-step authentication for Mozilla VPN).
- Wait for your subscription data to be confirmed.
- If this is your first time logging in on this device, you may be prompted to accept/deny data collection. For more information, please see our Data Privacy Policy.
- You have successfully logged in to Mozilla VPN.
