I am in big trouble.

I have a website where I use .svg for illustrating my articles. The problem is that most illustrations do not display properly on Firefox (see attached images here: https://imgur.com/a/nEPF79y/ ). They display correctly on all browsers except Firefox...

For example, I have some issues with this file: https://salarship.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/wear-job-interview-fast-food.svg that you can see implemented in the article: https://salarship.com/article/dress-fast-food-job-interview/

Is there any fix for this? Is it a problem with the file itself or the implementation on my website?

Firefox running very slow except in troubleshoot mode

I have Windows 10. Since the last update Firefox has been running very slowly, and scrolling is nearly impossible. I have done everything suggested in troubleshooting including refreshing and and eliminating startup cache. Still Firefox will only run normally in troubleshoot mode. This is true on my desktop in my office. My laptop at home won't scroll in PDF using the up and down buttons but will still do so with the mouse. Other than that, it still runs at the normal speed. At my office I'm using version 96.0.1 (64 bit); I'm not at home to check my laptop.

ONE THING I HAVE NOTED IS THAT IF I GO BACK 1 PAGE FROM THE "KMSI" PAGE, THIS OFTEN TAKES ME TO MY LIVE.COM EMAIL INBOX. THIS MAKES ME THINK THAT I AM BEING RE-DIRECTED TO THE "KMSI" PAGE! AS STATED EARLIER MS SAYS THIS IS A FIREFOX PROBLEM BECAUSE WHEN I LOG IN USING EDGE, THE BUTTONS WORK AND THE "KMSI" WINDOW DOESN'T RE-APPEAR!

I use Kaltura to record lectures and post them to my course at the U of Utah on Canvas. This semester, Firefox will not allow me to open "my media" where the Kaltura recordings are posted on Canvas. I get the following message: It seems your browser is blocking 3rd party session cookies which are required for the Kaltura application. To resolve this issue, please update your settings to allow 3rd party cookies.

I copied the Kaltura web address 670542.kaf.kaltura.com that I can see in Chrome and pasted it into a Chrome browser and it goes to my recordings in Canvas when I use Chrome. The same site doesn't work in Firefox. How do I unblock Kaltura third party sessions? Thank you.

Delete all extensions* files and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.

Apart from compatibility.ini I can see two extensions*, namely extension-preferences.json and extensions.json. Is that correct?

Now I'm supposed to delete those three files. And here comes my question:

What does New files will be created when required. mean? What I'm worried about is that all my extensions will disappear and I will have to start with from scratch reinstalling them all again.

We are having trouble restoring your last browsing session. Select Restore Session to try again.

Still not able to restore your session? Sometimes a tab is causing the issue. View previous tabs, remove the checkmark from the tabs you don’t need to recover, and then restore.

I didn't want my last browsing session back. Also, thinking about it, when i close the browser recently, it did just that...close. Without asking me if I wanted to close all the tabs. Presumably the two issues are related.

I have checked against other web browsers and only happens in Mozilla, within the last few weeks. I checked on multiple computers, still having the following problem. I use workspace by go daddy for my online email. I click on compose and the expected window pops to create the email message. When I get to the subject line. every time i use a space bar after typing in a word, the cursor automatically moves to the beginning of the line. This happens each time I type a new word in the subject line. NO other issue in to, cc, bcc, or main message body. This only happens at the end of the subject line. If i type in the middle with characters already on either side, the space bar does not reset.

Go Daddy tech support says it sounds like a browser problem

I have a pinned tab, and in my Settings under Startup, I have the "Open previous windows and tabs" box checked. However, every time I re-open Firefox after previously closing it, the pinned tab is gone. Is this because I close Firefox using the "X" in the upper-right-hand corner or simply close all the open tabs?
