I just spent a considerable amount of time replying to a answer to a question I that I also have. I added a screenshot and all. To post it I clicked the Post Reply but where did it go? I cant see it so have no idea if the intended has viewed it or not Any ideas please.

I downloaded Firefox today and saw there was a VPN option but it is not working. It asks me to sign in and per the instructions the clickable icon at the top should now have an option to enable but it just asks me to sign in again. I am from Canada and it says my region is available for this program.

I have set up multi-account containers, but when I try to open a Google Workspace email account in a container, I get an error message:

"Google 400. That’s an error.

The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried. That’s all we know."

I have used this successfully before, but have just got a new Macbook and now it's not working. Thoughts?

I DO NOT OWN A SMART PHONE.X IS ASKING ME TO PROVE I'm human by scanning a QR code with a smart phone in order to log in to my account. It was told to me that this will allow me to scan that code. I am leery about using it as Mozilla does not monitor it. It gets mostly good reviews but people complain about stability. I will just use it once to get into my account. Should I proceed> Thanks very much.

Why do we (my wife and I on both our dell desk tops) always get a message from google (our default search) that says "about this page" when we try to look anything up through our Firefox Browser? Then we have to verify by answering stupid crap on a verify page that we are not robots. It's funny because I got so sick of this crap that I just put the websites I was looking for in my Firefox book marks and low and behold it goes right to the page. How is that? I should mention that our internet provider is that t-mobile over the air wireless dog shit.

I hate google as a company, just leave me alone!

I have one website that gives me a "Secure Connection Failed" If I click on the icon in the left address bar on mybrowser, I am given an option to "Clear cookies and site data" I click that and then appears a blue button at top that says "Clear" Now when I do a refresh of the tab, everything loads fine. This is Newsmax.com I read the news there. IS there a way to into Firefox settings and make an exception to https"//newsmax.com and make it so I don't have to keep clicking "Clear Site Data and Cookies" ? Thanks!

updated to 152.0.4 last night now no sounds on web, sounds work when using edge. I can't find any settings in firefox that will turn the sound back on for streaming videos.

All of a sudden I have had problems getting into my gmail or anything Google through Firefox. I have tried deleting cookies and it would work. Now it will not work at all. What has Firefox done? How can I fix this?

My VPN Subscription ceased as I am no longer able to Use Mozilla VPN on desktop or android.. I have updated, downloaded new and can neither access on desktop or android. When I was able to log in, I found NO Active subscription, yet I have the receipt showing I should. I found a "MOZILLA" support page that stated how to recover, yet it was out of date and did NOT accurately show the same screen that I see. It shows that an "Already Subscribed" link should be on the page that shows the subscription packages. However, there is NO SUCH link on either my desktop or android app. I have the invoice (#5DF026AB-004) dated February 26, 2026 for an total amount of 90.67 with card ending in 9143. And it has been working fine till about 3 weeks ago. Since then I have sent 2 emails to vpn_support@mozilla.com with NO response or action taken. Therefor I have little faith that this ticket will get any more attention. However, it if does..... thank you -thank you. And I hope you can get my subscription back on line as this has greatly hampered my business operations as I am constantly out of country. I also feel that I am not out of line by asking for some credit as for this has been a problem for many weeks. I paid for a service which I have not been able to use, or even get adequate support to fix and have spent countless time and effort dealing with this issue.
