Since more than a month ago I've been unable to access my AOL email on my M1 iMac using Firefox. Going to mail.aol.com now causes Firefox to hang, as does going to aol.com and then clicking on the "Mail" icon/button at the top of the browser window. The problem started after I installed the 2nd-to-most-recent Sequoia update; it continued after I installed the most recent Sequoia update; and it's still occurring now that I've upgraded to Tahoe 26.4.1. I tried uninstalling the few extensions that I was using in Firefox, but that didn't help. Neither did refreshing, updating, or reinstalling Firefox, and the problem occurs even when I've started Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. I'd like to blame the MacOS updates for the problem, but those updates didn't prevent me from being able to log into my AOL account with Safari or Chrome. Thanks in advance for any suggestions that'll enable me to access my AOL email via Firefox again.

When I try and create a second profile THEN I get the vpn option but when I click on it it says that I can only use it with the original profile.
Says I should be able to see the firefox VPN on the toolbar but I cannot find it...

I have recently purchased a new Windows 11 computer, and want to install Firefox there and transfer all my bookmarks, passwords, etc. There are obviously quite a few Support articles on this topic, and seemingly quite a few methods to use: copy and paste profile folder, sync, the backup/restore function within Settings, etc. I'm a bit reluctant to use sync, as some users report it can be an incomplete transfer. My current profile also may contain some "corruption", so I'm reluctant to copy the entire profile folder to the new computer.

My questions are: 1. Why is it "best is to avoid restoring a full profile folder"? 2. Is this the complete list of "important files that are safe to restore/transfer"? 2. In my profile folder, there are several files that start with the same file name, but then have different file extensions. For example: cookies.sqlite, cookies.sqlite.bak, cookies.sqlite-shm, cookies.sqlite-wal. Should I restore ALL these files, or just "cookies.sqlite"? 3. Is the correct procedure to copy the selected files from the "old" profile, and then paste them to the "new" profile, which presumably would overwrite files of the same name in the "new" profile? We have a customer who logs into her Microsoft account at: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/business/microsoft-365-administration
Once you log into this page, it directs you to Microsoft CoPilot. From here the user can select which Office App they would like to open or they can open their Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Until recently, this worked fine, now though when you get directed to the CoPilot page it does not allow the user to select anything on the page. We have put the browser in Troubleshoot mode and experienced the same issue. On a separate device (outside of the network) installed Firefox and ran into the same issue. On a third device that also did a fresh install of Firefox and does not have our SentinelOne Anti-virus Software on it and experienced the same issue. We tested on a mobile device and the site works well so it seems to be isolated issue to desktop/laptops. The page loads up perfectly on all the devices with no errors, its solely when trying to click within the site that none of the functions work.

Nord says this is due to Mozilla changing Firefox (I'm not a techy so excuse this bit!) and as they dont liaise with Nord (or anyone else I assume) have to wait to see if biometric login is working or not then have to send a new release with a fix.
I am not querying this answer but wonder why comapnies cant somehow communicate so that the consumer is not adversly affected
