I am not able to receive mail from a user sending me mail from a gmail.com account. I have communicated with my ISP Optonline.net and they state the there mail process "checks out" and the issue could be the browser I am using, Firefox. The last email I have from a gmail.com sender was 8/28/2025. I have asked two different gmail users the send me mail and have not received any of them. I have cleared the Firefox cache but that did not correct the issue. I come to you to figure this issue out and hopefully solve it. In Firefox a person used to be able to set Firefox to autofill your email address at pages when you sign in. Either I can't remember where that setting is or it's no longer available to use. Can I get some help with this ?

My computer, being 7 years old (and without the space to upgrade to WIN11), has always been a bit slow with low RAM and storage. The swap from Chrome to Firefox essentially gave it a second life, as Firefox didn't need a lot of space to run. Recently, though, it locks up with almost every search, refusing to let me x out a tab and try to save myself for 3 minutes or more, and the bluescreens have come back, too. If chrome hasn't also gotten worse, I'm considering switching back. Does anyone know what happened? I haven't installed anything new.

It's really frustrating and disappointing, because I thought I had a solution when I swapped to Firefox.

I did reinstall of the Windows on all the devices I had, PC and laptop. Now I've lost my data bookmarks, password and sites. Please help me out how what I cab do here.

As a user of Firefox has been a good experience up till three weeks ago YouTube will not load. I cant play any of there videos this is been on going for three weeks. Ive asked you to fix it but so far you aren't doing anything about it. My operating system is windows 10 64 bits. Can you please look into this and get it fixed. Recently on bootup MS EDGE loads instead of my beloved Firefox. I did not install EDGE as I really dislike it! I know how to close it and again make Firefox my default browser, but can't I make EDGE stop loading in the first place? I have to reset Firefox as my default browser every day! Dell Desktop computer, Win 10 Pro (No, it doesn't qualify), 16 gigs of ram, 500 meg SSD Please tell me what else you need to know. This is kind of a little thing but it's driving me nuts! LOL

your browser did an update on my windows 11 home version laptop and now I cannot access my bookmarks and have a message at the upper left side of my browser screen.....

Hello, I want to get rid of the list of "recent bookmarks" - I don't want other users of my computer to see them. I've already set Firefox not to record history. Online search provided no useful information. My Firefox is always thelatest version. Hope you can help! - Raymond

Firefox updated and all bookmarks and history has disappeared. Is there a way to get them back?

I was using my account for sync my bookmarks, but i hope that was saved in my phone. After check CCleaner deleted all from my laptop, i realize that was also deleted from my mobile. ¿How i can recover all my bookmarks that was sync in my account?

On the screenshots you can see my wallpaper and desktop icons peeking through. This problem had started like a month ago and it was just a one time thing, after opening the browser and getting fullscreen the 2nd it never came back until restarting the browser. Now after the updated with rounded edges everywhere, going fullscreen is always misaligned

When i watch netflix,youtube and etc i cant go fully full screen. i see my desktop wallpaper a small bit on the side and top of my monitor. i only had problems with firefox this way. before i usually could just go out and in to full screen and it would fix but now i cant and its really iritating

I have my desktop extended across two displays. If I disable Hardware Acceleration in Firefox, entering fullscreen causes the window to be slightly offset down and right, leaving a thin band on the top and left sides of the screen where the desktop background and taskbar are visible behind the Firefox window.

From testing I have determined that this issue does not occur if I only have one monitor enabled or the monitors are mirroring the same display. I have also determined that the issue only occurs when Hardware Acceleration is disabled.

I tried to add a website to the ALLOWED pages in Firefox settings but there is no ADD button anywhere. Where can I find it?

I lost all my bookmarks after the Nov 2025 update for Firefox. Couldn't find the backup file - not sure if Mozilla backed up the bookmarks before the update! If yes, please share path to find backup.
