am a senior and need to talk to someone about not being able to open certain important websites - like for my credit card. Most other website cause me nor problems. At 82, and with poor eyesight, the articles are just mumble/jumble to me.

I can't log into etsy account or download my purchases

Support for backing up to Google Photo's
