Became aware of Firefox PDF's this week and made the change to my defaults. However, when all the pdf's on my desktop changed, they became miniscule and looks ridiculous. How can I fix? Thank you.

On my Firefox Home Page, I selected two rows of PINNED shortcuts. Each time I open a webpage that webpage is added not only to the two selected rows of shortcuts, but "keeps" EVERY webpage selected after filling the two selected shortcut rows. It is not only annoying and inconvenient, but s l o w s work time to a crawl around these shortcuts ... few, if any, are helpful. If I want to re-entry an UNPINNED shortcuts, I go to history and select the one I want. WHEN is Fire Fox to solve this seemingly simple but annoying problem?

For the last year, I have been unable to receive incoming emails from Sutter Health and I have been unable to get my written messages to Sutter Health to send. Have I caused something in the Firefox browser to block the site sutterhealth.com or mho.com? If this message is not something Firefox can help me with, can you reply so I might search out who might be able to assist me. Thank you, in advance, to your potential help in this regard.

I received the following error when trying to use Mozilla vpn for the first time on graphene OS. "Memory tagging detected an error in Mozilla VPN. Tap to Open Settings" This was my first time starting mozillas vpn in graphene. I also have nordvpn on this phone and it did not trigger the same problem.

I recently Got a brand new computer. When I try to load twitch.tv, I just get a black screen, with a bar at the bottom that says "transferring data from assets.twitch.tv..."

I have tried everything under the sun. I have no extensions. - adjusted the enhanced tracking protection. - toggled DNS over HTTPS - Cleared web cache and cookies - Changed DNS Servers - Adjusted Hardware acceleration - changed media.wmf.media-engine.enabled to 0 - Ran Troubleshooting Mode

I also Have Norton installed, but its not running currently. Can you please help?

Any time i try to watch a video on any website whether that's YouTube or any other social media this happens. Attached is a recording I made and put on YouTube to show you what I mean.

Since Firefox 157, each version is stealing more and more RAM. Why? My Windows XI, on HP with an AMD processor, are constantly losing more and RAM to Firefox. Is there any advice? Or must I suspend all updates?

Just want to sign it Mozilla makes it hard than normal to sign in. Doing this all afternoon. Do not need to do this. I have to get to do other things. Doing this for protection for my google accounts, etc. Try to straighten out the mozilla account lst. Check who's tried to mess with my account with mozilla because I read that it checked. Who decided to attach everything in my browser to a profile that can be easily deleted???!?!?!? Just lost all of my work shit because I tried to turn off this dumb feature I wasn't using and now everything is gone!!! History, passwords, bookmarks, sessions, everything! Never even created any profile, the browser just updated and necxt day all of my settings were tied to this dumb bullshit. Stop moving all of my data without notice or permission.

Almost locked my out of my work email because it thinks this is a different device now!!!!!!! [expressing disappointment]

I have been trying to learn how to get my AdBlock extension that I had on old pc to my new PC. The info is very confusing. I have tried to look at settings, etc. and do not find a way to get this extension.

For some inexplicable reason, when I visit any Wikipedia page (as of Thursday 8th October 2026), the pages display with a huge oversized font that also impacts the format and layout of the page in my browser. I have not made any adjustments on my PC to increase font display size. Wikipedia is the ONLY website that displays in this manner.

I am running Firefox 115.42.0esr (64-bit), which appears to indicate Firefox is up-to-date on my Windows 8.1 desktop PC. Please note that I am still running Windows 8.1 on this device out of choice.

I reported the fault initially to Wikipedia itself, and the response is that any fault is at my end. I have visited the same Wikipedia pages via Chrome Version 109.0.5414.168 (Official Build) (64-bit) and the pages display normally.

I have attached a sample screenshot to illustrate.

Any ideas how I can resolve this issue please?

I'm having an issue where when you try to do things in-browser, Firefox freezes, puts up a grey screen and holds this way for a few seconds. Scrolling and video seem to trigger it most often. Repeatability is nominal; sometimes I have no problem, sometimes every action I try to take results in another fit of grey screens and freezing.

I'm using version 153.0.3 64bit on Windows 10.

Certain web sites want to identify my computer ass a trusted device but the cookie that does this is erased every time I shut down Firefox. Is there a way to save a cookie? For these 3 sites only.

When Firefox is opened, it reduces the size of the screen! I don't like this and probably selected this without knowing what it was doing. I want to go back to the original full screen! How can I make this happen?
