Can you describe what you want to do in more detail -- for example, are there particular web pages you want to refresh frequently?
Oh... If you just changed from Firefox 3.6.x and are looking for the reload button, it's at the end of the address area where you used to find the "go" button. While a page is loading, it shows the "X" for stop. Once the page has finished loading, it shows the circular arrow for reload.
