When opening http://www.inmatemail.com/VacWebNew/Default.aspx while on FB, or Yahoo it comes up as a split screen. How do I prevent this?

When I'm on my FB home page or on Yahoo, and try to open a new page. Using http://www.inmatemail.com/VacWebNew/Default.aspx It opens in a split screen with whatever page I was on when opening it.
