where is my firefox toolbar so I can go to options and set up sync?

I Can't get to "set up sync" as I don't have a firefox toolbar. I have already acquired the "Firefox Home" app for my iPhone 4. Please help me "set up sync" on my computer--Windows 7. Thanks. Sara
