I like the tabs just above the active window how do I get them back in v 4

I just updated to version 4, security threats and all and I now have the tabs at the top of the window and I preferred them just above the active page, too distracting looking above all the other stuff. How can I move it back down?

Right-click on a toolbar, then click the "Tabs on Top" entry to de-select it.
