I cannot add a website to the location services for a site to validate my location.

I play the on-line KY lottery on a regular basis on my computer. As of late I am getting a message that states we cannot validate your location when I attempt to play games...ie. powerball, pick 3 and pick 4 etc. I had no problems until the last few weeks. I can play on my phone but I don't like to play on my phone.

I tried to add the KY lottery to the location permission area under the Privacy and Security settings. It will not accept it. I know at one time several website that I use used to be in the location permissions and now they're gone and I can still use the sites.

Confused and not sure what to do.
