Dear Support, I have been using Windows 10 with Firefox for many years without any problems. However, yesterday all my extensions suddenly disappeared, though the bookmarks toolbar remained intact. To fix this, I restored my computer to an earlier state from a few days ago. Unfortunately, after the restoration, even the data on my bookmarks toolbar was completely gone. Could you please advise what might have caused this issue and whether there is any way to recover my lost bookmarks and extensions? Kind regards, AylwinChun.
