Printing Emails

I have been exchanging long emails with a vendor. Now I want to print all of the entire emails, but when I open the "chain" of the 23 emails, I see a few lines of text, and there is a small box that says "additional text hidden" or something similar. How do I expand each of the emails and print the whole email for each of the 23? Thanks.
