Gmail

Hi. For some reason, I can no longer open Gmail through Firefox. I can open it on my phone, but not on my laptop. I can access other websites, just not Gmail. Looking online, it was suggested that I look in the privacy and security settings. But I don't see anything there about unblocking specific sites. Perhaps coincidentally, I recently reloaded a newer version of McAfee onto my laptop, so wonder if there could be some interaction going on with that.

I would appreciate any suggestions you can provide. Thanks!

Hi Mark, what happens when you try to open Gmail in Firefox? For example:

  • unable to sign in
  • blank page
  • error message (what is the message?)

Also, how do you usually try to load Gmail? I generally use this address bar suggestion:

https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox

It redirects to a sign in page if I'm not signed in.
