Tengo instalado Thunderbird con mi cuenta de correo de IONOS. Cuando envío correos a cuentas gmail me salen rechazadas con el siguiente mensaje: Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error.

       SMTP error from remote server for TEXT command, host: gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com (142.250.145.26) reason: 550-5.7.26 This mail is unauthenticated, which poses a security risk to th
