maybe that's an extension that is not allowing to you to enter that website ?
I turned off all my extensions one by one and nothing happened. I disconnected my virus & firewall and it worked, but I don't know how to change the settings on them & I don't know what I should change them too.
The problem is your antivirus you should get a different one
