I have an account but cannot get into it.
I have a Firefox account. When I attempt to open it, I am told:

Does this occur nearly immediately after you try to start Firefox? That can indicate missing or damaged program files. You could try re-running the Firefox installer to see whether that repairs it. As long as you install the same version (for example, 64-bit Firefox 78.0.2), the installer should automatically connect the new program files to your existing data. Do you want to try that? You can always make a backup of your data first if you're nervous.
