solved issue by allowing full access of 1st user login's user folder to 2nd user login.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What are the exact error message(s) ?

open new login. cannot find firefox in the listing. try to do install and windows blocks it as it is installed in original login users appdata profile. i need to access it in new login. both logins are admin able. is there a way to move it to a 'common' folder without losing information?

With Windows, the Firefox program folder is created in the computers Programs Folder:

C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86) Note: Check Both Folders

The installer will create a profile for each user account on the computer. These can only
be accessed by that user.

according to the shortcut. "C:\Users\(usera)\AppData\Local\Mozilla Firefox" not located in place you mention. I did find a program folder mozilla firefox though. still cannot access via 2nd login.

Are you logging in using a differect user?

Hi, Tap the menu button (either below the screen on some devices or in the upper right of the browser) and select Settings (you may need to tap More first) . Tap Sign in. The Firefox Accounts page will open in a new tab. Enter your email and password you used to sign up for your Firefox Account and tap on Sign in.

Chamodie. i do appreciate you wanting to help but evidently you have no clue as to what was going on. issue is solved. this is not a firfox login problem but a windows login problem accessing firefox.
