Copy and paste event in selected calendar without dialog box

HI all,

I used to copy/paste my events in Thunderbird, and the way it used ot work is that the pasted event would be created in whatever calendar was selected in the list of calendars. In a not too remote past (but a few months ago, admittedly) this behaviour changed, and now every time I try to paste an event a dialog box opens, requiring me to choose the target calendar and click "OK". This obviously slows me down quite a bit if I have to copy/paste a bunch of events in a given calendar (it doubles the numer of clicks). Is there a preference that can be changed to revert back to the old behavior?

Hello Giacomo.

a question is there also other erroneous topics such as the complete disappearance of the appointment history if you continue to try to fill in your planned tasks in the calendar?
