I hid the send button menu bar emails that I compose and send. How do I get it back? I can't find anything on a message I want to send.

Right-click near the top of a Write window and enable the Composition Toolbar.
Thanks. Alas, right-clicking brings up either maximize/minimize/.... or nothing. Its the obvious thing to do but in this case it does not work.
Right-click a bit lower, beneath the title bar, or press Alt to show the Menu Bar, then View/Toolbars.

How can you add the "SEND" to the tool bar permanently so you don't have to hit Alt each time you send a message? Until yesterday - I right clicked to send the message. Now it does not come up except hitting the ALT button!

When you press Alt to show the Menu Bar, under View/Toolbars enable all the toolbars. The Send button should appear on the Composition Toolbar, but if it doesn't, right-click the bar, Customize..., and drag the Send button onto the bar, or Restore Default Set.
