Latest Thunderbird 60.6.1 (32-bit) [is there one for 64-bits?] gets time wrong by 1+hr, though I have set system correct to (GMT-7). What to do? :-)

I've chased lots on Web and Mozilla-related help; Encountered the problem for first time just today. Have checked into everything I can think of, including changing Settings | Date & Time settings to other settings that show working in other apps such as Firetrust MailWasher Pro, That has correct times displayed. But not Thunderbird! At a loss. What to do? Please advise. Am I the only one? :-(

Not sure why or how, but the problem went away by yesterday morning.
