Even after editing the settings as suggested in the FAQ, too many Extensions are disabled after upgrade to 60.3.3 from 52.2.0.

If Lightning isn't installed properly, see these instructions.

MoreFunctionsForAddressBook works in TB 60 if you open Tools/Options/Advanced/General/Config. editor and double-click the preference extensions.strictCompatibility to false, OK to close Options.

Restart Thunderbird works in TB 60 if you follow the instructions in the Reviews section.
