Helpful Tips Banner is annoying and aggravating

This Helpful Tips Banner telling me to set my homepage with the wrong information and I already have the page set as my home page I don't wish to be pestered by this inaccurate and malfuntioning banner error uploading image I really try really I do but the wonderful program geniuses do make many aggravating issues from Amazon right on down to mozilla and everything that requires technology or computer programming has always been horrible and malfunctioning thank god these people don'r design braking systems for automobiles Can not upload a screen shot your browser will not allow it BACK to INTERNET EXPLORER no more donations either because you all don't kow what you're doing

Seems your Forecastfox is not working properly by the Developer. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/forecastfox-fix-version/

Personally I have never seen a Helpful Tips Banner nor heard of it till now.

Is Updates from Mozilla and Firefox turned off in Options --> Home at page bottom ? Is all I can think of. Unless things are hidden. Please Copy/Paste about:studies to the address bar and Enter. If in any please opt out.
