How long before you get the service back? Do you close the browser or reboot the computer?

I am thinking because this happens in all of your browsers you may want to give your internet provider a call to check the connection.
Otherwise you can try to refresh the page if the connection has timed out. Server Not Found - Troubleshoot connection problems
Yeah, I'm thinking the ISP might be the problem. Another symptom I've noticed is that the problem seems to occur in the morning only. I'll monitor it for few days, and then contact the ISP. Also, I might add that I never turn the router off, so it isn't like the router is warming up (figuratively speaking).
To answer your question, I reboot to get the browsers working again, but after some time the problem re-occurs.

Unplug the modem for a slow count of 30, then plug it back in. This should make the modem reboot.
