Hi there, Sorry, I'm not the most technical person so this might be something obvious..! I set up an outlook account to use Thunderbird and about a month ago noticed that there were only about 65 messages in my inbox. I've had the email for about 10 yrs so it had hundreds of emails in, I assumed it was having problems downloading- went to outlook.com- 65 messages in inbox. I wasn't (&still am not quite sure) that it was thunderbird as I do have my email on my iPhone However it sems to have done the same with another email account I set up. There isn't an archive on there that I can see, i can't see any settings on my phone email or thunderbird which would cause this to happen. No backup folder except one i created manually ages ago. Been researching this for ages but no-one seems to have same problem. I'm really hoping these have been archived...somewhere? Rather than deleted as I used these emails for business and if they've gone I've lost payslips, receipts...really wish I'd backed up this last years emails but hindsight is a great thing...sigh. Would really appreciate any help.
