Could you paste the full description of that plugin with version number and file name? I have a plugin lister page you can use to copy/paste -- after pasting the full list, you can delete plugins that are not suspicious if you like.

Type about:plugins in the Location (address) bar and you should see where all Plugins Firefox is making use of is located on your system.

Plugins are not installed in Firefox like Extensions and Themes (complete) are as to why there is no way to Remove/uninstall a Plugin in Firefox.
